The 2011-2012 Buffalo Niagara Artist and Gallery Guide
Purpose of the artist and gallery guide:
• To support, promote and increase the visibility of regional artists, galleries, museums and related arts businesses
• To provide a substantial visual resource that conveys the quality and breadth of art being created in our area
• To support Buffalo and the region in its quest to be identified as a strong cultural arts center
About the guide
The 2011-2012 guide will again use to include area maps and individual listings of a majority of area artists and galleries.
The guide will be full color with 2D and 3D artists and galleries being listed in separate sections. It will again utilize the quarter page format with color image for each individual. (go on line to see sample of previous directories)
75,000–100,000 copies will begin being distributed in the early Spring and continue throughout the 2 year period. Distribution will include area hotels, real estate relocation services, Buffalo/Niagara Convention & Visitors Bureau, Arts Council in Buffalo and Erie County, Buffalo Airport, galleries, museums and businesses throughout the region, as well as outside the area.
Artists and galleries who purchase a full page ad receive an individual/gallery listing free.
The directory is designed to be used year-round as a reference of local artists and galleries, so there will be continued exposure to your ad. Deadline is September 15th, 2010.

Inside Back cover: (5.125"w x 8"h) at Gold sponsorship $3000
Inside Front cover: (5.125"w x 8"h) $1500
Full page: (5.125"w x 8"h) $575 If artists or galleries purchase a full page they receive 1 free listing ($90 value)
Half page: (5.125"w x 3.9375"h) $350
Quarter page: (2.5"w x 3.9375"h) $225
Format Requirements: You may submit a PDF
Image for the directory will be printed in color.
- High resolution (300dpi minimum)
- tiff or eps format prefferred (jpgs* are acceptable)
- Fonts converted to outlines or rasterized
- CMYK or Grayscale color format (no pms colors)
* do not use images formatted for the web as they do not print well!
