Summary/Artist Statement:

Just announced - “Sea[e]scape 23” has been accepted into the 114th Buffalo Society of Artists Catalog Exhibition, which will will be on view until September 5, 2010 at the Castellani Art Museum. Most importantly, I will be having a solo show at the Adams Art Gallery in Dunkirk, NY with an opening reception on Friday, June 4, 2010 from 6-8 pm, running until the 24th.

Currently I have been working on the “Minimaliste” series, which includes the “Watching Paint Dry” series of videos. Most recent works are the “Sea[e]scapes” and the mostly small format “Abstraktes Bild” series. I have been adding to the “Victoria” series, and re-working the Northern Border series (“Dont Tread on Me” a 2 panel piece featuring his conception of the First Navy Jack flag - now flown by all U.S. Navy ships for the duration of the war on terrorism). Currently on view: an assortment of small framed pieces at 464 Gallery and his tree paintings at the Glass Growers Gallery in Erie, PA.
