Summary/Artist Statement:

Growing up, I spent a lot of time working with ink, cardboard, and paper at my parents' print shop. Based on my early age experiences, I knew that art and design would always be an important part of my life. Shortly after graduating high school, I moved to South Florida to pursue a bachelors degree in graphic design at the Art Institute in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. Since graduating in 2002, I have worked as a web designer and graphic artist for various firms in South Florida. Recently, I relocated to Buffalo, NY from Boca Raton, FL to expand my life experiences.

I try to keep a balance between work, art, and a personal life. A lot of times there is no division between the three, but I wouldn't have it any other way. When I am not working or hanging out with people, I spend a lot of time sketching characters, developing new plushies, imagining little monsters on the tiles, brainstorming cute characters in my head, and dreaming of new travels and adventures. A lot of my inspiration comes from love ones and a good collective of creative and supportive friends. I am always looking for ways to expand my artistry and I look forward to those possibilities here in Buffalo!
