Bob's latest book is "The Joy of Life Cookbook." The joy is in the pleasure of cooking, partaking of the food at a meal and the laughs between the recipes. When first published in 2002 as "The Read My Lips Cookbook," it garnered three five-star reviews from the critics - he didn't even pay them off - as well as high praise from others, including people the author has yet to meet. One reader said, “I got a kick out of it – couldn’t put it down until I finished it.” We know she can be trusted because her name is Monica. The book features easy, healthy and delicious recipes. The extra bonus is between the recipes, where Swiatek relates things he probably shouldn’t have done. A unique, humorous, semi-biographical and instructive collection of joy, it will delight one and all.
