Summary/Artist Statement:

As a child I was always designing and creating pretty, and often useful, things with my hands, out of whatever materials I could find. As an adult, now with a background in Interior Design and Architecture, I am blessed to still design and create pretty and useful things. Now, though, I have narrowed down the materials to glass and metal, and have more dangerous tools. My inspiration comes from nature, the built environment, and what ever pops into my head from something I have seen, learned, remembered, etc (from head, heart to hands).
I have been juried as a Roycroft Artisan for the past 4 years. My stained glass pieces will have the RR mark. The smaller fused glass pieces as well as my jewelry will not be marked but are also designed and crafted with the best of my ability. I also welcome opportunities to design and build custom pieces.
I can often be found displaying at many of the local Art Festivals, and some out of town. Once in a while, I also teach stained glass at the Roycroft Copper Shop in East Aurora.
