We thank you for your interest in being a part of the next Buffalo Niagara Artists and Gallery Guide. Unfortunately, it has been decided that publishing the guide at this time is not feasible.

A combination of events, including promised grant funds being rescinded, and the current challenging economic climate in our arts community have significantly impacted the viability of this expansive project.

We look forward to the possibility of revisiting this previously successful endeavor in the future, and will keep you posted.

Those who have signed up, Artists in Buffalo Inc is  hoping to publish the Buffalo Niagara Artists and Galleries guide in the future, however, we realize that you may not want your funds tied up for a length of time.

We are suggesting 4 possibilities:

  • If you are planning on participating in the 2011 Holiday Open Studios and Galleries Dec.  2-4, your funds will be credited to that event
  • Your funds may be donated to Artists in Buffalo Inc  a 501(c)3 ( not for profit) organization and we will send you a tax donation letter.  The funds will support the website which was initially funded by a one time grant from the Margaret L. Wendt Foundation
  • Your funds and information may be held for the next directory
  • Your funds can be returned by check in a timely manner

More information will be forthcoming soon!  Thank you for your understanding. If we do not hear from you we will send you a tax donation letter, but we are more than happy to do as you wish!

We continue to be committed to increasing the visibility and exposure of the wonderful arts community in this region!  Thank you for participating free on the free web site. Please be sure that your information is up to date and that you continue to list events on the events calendar!

With sincere regret,

Artists in Buffalo, Inc. Board of directors
