In 2005, the Artists in Buffalo Inc organization began publishing an Buffalo Niagara Artist and Gallery Guide. This full color resource will be updated and distributed every other year, providing a unique collection of images and information showcasing the quality and breadth of the arts community in the Buffalo/Niagara region.
The 2010-2012 Artist and Gallery Guide will again use the design created by Crowley/Webb and Associates to include area maps and listing design.
The guide will be full color with artists and galleries in seperate sections. Each listing includes a quarter page that includes your information and an image of your choice. 50,000 - 75,000 copies will begin being distributed in the Fall and continue thoughout the year. Distribution will include area hotels, real estate relocation services, Buffalo/Niagara Conventions & Visitors Bureau, Arts Council in Buffalo and Erie County, Buffalo Airport, galleries, museums and businesses throughout the region, as well as outside the area.
The directory is designed to be used year-round as a reference of local artists and galleries, so there will be continued exposure for your art!
Deadline to be included in this year's Guide is September 15, 2010.
